One Hundred Pushups

I started this exercise plan called The Hundred Pushups Training Program. The goal is to work up to being able to do one hundred good form pushups after only six weeks of training. My initial test was pretty feeble. I was only able to do 11 (when I cheat I can usually get out 20). I’m pretty excited about the plan and hopefully I’ll see some great improvements.

I think we might need to do a competition. I can easily do more than 10 perfect push ups and I am not talking the girly ones either!!
