This morning was our first morning at the new apartment. Christine’s mom was still here helping us move and her and I were walking back from getting some stuff out of the car when we saw a family of turkeys crossing the path about 8 feet from our front door. I ran inside and got my Flip Video and they had not gotten very far so I was able to get them on video.

Well tomorrow we get the keys to our new place. We are really excited. This has been a great opportunity to purge all the stuff (read: junk) we’ve collected through all the years. Craigslist has been the avenue for most of this stuff shedding. Anything not worth selling was donated to Goodwill or lastly taken to the dump. We tried to find a good home for most of our unwanted items ;)
We’ll give an update once we’re all moved in and organized.
